Job Description

Arjo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies for assigned product categories. You will work closely with product managers, clinicians, regulatory stakeholders, and marketing partners to create effective marketing communication plans that align with Arjo's overall marketing strategy.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate with product owners, clinicians, regulatory stakeholders, and marketing partners at US and Global levels, to develop comprehensive marketing communication plans for designated product categories.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing communication plans for product launches and digital campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads for our sales teams.
  • Consult with various management areas, business units, and digital marketing to leverage print and digital marketing assets, tradeshow promotions, and sales and marketing support.
  • Coordinate the execution of sales aids, advertising, and other promotional materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct research to identify the most suitable marketing channels for specific products or services, and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Interface with creative teams and other external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between marketing communications and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's/Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing communication experience, Healthcare/Medical device industry experience is a huge plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and align marketing communication efforts with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and implementing marketing communication plans for product categories, including tradeshow marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing channels.
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, with creative development. Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation software (Account Engagement/Pardot) strongly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset to measure and evaluate the success of marketing communication initiatives.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative communication approaches.
  • Familiarity with Adobe suite, including InDesign and Illustrator, for reviewing and editing marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of web CRM tools such as Optimizely to enhance web customer experiences.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
