Job Objective:
Coordinates and performs maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds by performing the following duties.

- Schedule and complete work repair orders from the Property Manager.
- Work overtime in an emergency or arrive early to complete needed repairs with limited disruption of residence and operations.
- Use back guard provided when doing any substantial lifting or moving.
- Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army.
