This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify opportunities on Quill.com for a better user experience.
  • Create a proof of concept based on identified opportunities.
  • Identify how Quill.com can benefit from industry-leading UI frameworks to improve the web page performance.
  • Create a proof of concept for Quill.com UI using the framework identified. Convert any existing web page to use the new framework so that we can compare the difference in performance.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's in an IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering major, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Can-do attitude and passion for solving complex problems.
  • Ability to understand Microsoft SQL queries and interpret business logic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
  • Able to multi-task and be flexible to new initiatives
