RSM is looking for a Partner/Principal to join our Consulting Line of Business (LOB) to play an integral role in developing and leading our managed services teams and delivery models. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for managing a team with diverse skillsets and ensuring that service level agreements are met and have a strong background in managed services, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in leading managed services teams to deliver high quality managed services to our clients

  • Collaborate directly with leadership in continuing to build out our managed services teams and delivery models across the global enterprise

  • Drive process improvement and technology implementation for enhanced managed service delivery

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our managed services offering.

  • Collaborate with RSM's global offices on client projects and international managed service expansion and delivery

  • Understand service lines across RSM and work within our cross functional teams in supplying integrated delivery of managed services in IT, Finance as a Service, data analytics, security services and business applications

  • Lead multiple client managed service consulting engagements

  • Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the years

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in finance, accounting, information technology or in another related field we deliver managed services

  • 10+ years of experience in leading managed services infrastructure build, transformation, delivery, and expansion

  • Experience driving people, process, and technology improvement across multiple groups aligned with strategy

  • Proven record of delivering high quality managed services to clients

  • Collaborate and work in team settings across RSM service lines

  • Experience in leading projects related to finance transformation or financial systems selection/implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CA or equivalent

  • Demonstrated Leadership experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas: a corporate finance such as controller or CFO, SEC and/or private company financial reporting, FP&A, policy development and financial reporting advisory, transaction related accounting and financial reporting

  • Global operational and accounting experience

  • Demonstrated experience with infrastructure/managed IT services and other implementation methodology and program management techniques.
