• Position: Emergency Services Technician - Paramedic

• Location: Elmhurst, IL

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

• Hours: Nights 7p-7a (every third weekend/every other holiday)

• Required Travel: N/A

What you will need:

Education, Experience and/or Skills Required:

• A minimum of six months of recent paramedic experience in the State of Illinois

• Demonstrated proficiency in technical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Ability to receive and follow through on directions

License/Certification Required:

• State of Illinois Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMTP) licensure

• Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross

General Summary:

To provide direct care to assigned patients, partnering with RN to coordinate activities. Under the supervision of the RN and according to established procedures performs patient care tasks and procedures as needed to provide care, comfort and safety of patients.
