HR Coordinator, Physician Compensation

Position Highlights:

  • Position: HR Coordinator - Physician Compensation
  • Location: Evanston, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Resource/Per Diem
  • Hours: 20+ hours per week

What you will do:

  • Assist with Physician Compensation Administration related to pay, pay changes and bonuses plus additional assignments as the need arises.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to physician compensation team

What you will need:

  • Education: High school Diploma, required. Great opportunity for an undergrad or graduate student
  • Experience: Background in finance and/or HR/Business/Medical/Economics analytics or similarly related fields of study
  • Skills:
    • ImageNow/Perceptive Content or Workday experience a plus
    • Detail oriented and accurate
    • Strong excel and relational database experience and understanding
