Hourly

3rd shift - 11:00 p.m. to 7:10 a.m. Hourly Rate plus $3.00 shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for
variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or
chemical characteristics.
Records test data.
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing
standards.
Quarantines non-conforming material by tagging and writing reports.
Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products
to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw
and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete
variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand;

The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10
pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up
to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving
mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical
shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Bump
caps, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.
Hearing protection is encouraged and may be required in specific areas
