What you'll be doing:

* Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's vision and market opportunities.

* Tailor website experiences to meet the specific needs and preferences of different customer segments.

* Identify key moments of engagement, conversion, and potential friction in the customer journey.

* Continuously monitor and analyze website & customer performance, gathering feedback and data to drive improvements and iterate on product features.

* Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve website performance and user satisfaction.

* Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on design elements and functionality.

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

* Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.

* Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.

* Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans to ensure successful market entry.

* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to website optimization and user experience.

* Ability to identify and understand internal or external customer needs and interests and deliver customer-centric solutions.

* Dedication to fostering an inclusive environment consisting of diverse individuals from varying backgrounds and cultures.

* Ability to develop new insights; question conventional approaches; encourage new ideas; design and implement new solutions.

* Ability to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4 and/or Fullstory.

* Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.

* Proven success in bringing products to market and achieving business objectives.

* Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and content management systems.

* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

* 8+ years of experience in product management, eCommerce, customer experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in B2B eCommerce is a plus

* MBA
