Responsibilities

Sentinel is seeking an NOC Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier company and grow your career. Network Analysts are at the heart of what makes Sentinel succeed. As a member of this nationally recognized team, you will be fielding calls from our book of customers and helping them stay up and running in our 24/7/365 support environment. Your eagerness to learn and grow will land you on an amazing team with the chance really launch your IT career. This is a full time hybrid role located in Downers Grove, IL.

Our NOC is currently looking to fill the following shift:

    Training schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm for 4 to 5 weeks.
  • Schedule upon training completion will be Tuesday-Friday 11pm-9:30am with an additional on-call duty of 5 hours on Saturday.
Qualifications
  • CCNA certification or higher required
  • Strong typing ability is required
  • Follows proper phone etiquette procedures and email processes
  • Precision and accuracy with variable monitoring systems
  • Organized with ability to multi-task
  • Quickly responds to problem/critical situations
  • Accurate and timely communication/interaction internal and external at all levels
  • Takes initiative to seek resolutions
  • Full knowledge of technology terminology
  • Adaptable to company/department/technology trends
  • Completes outlined assigned tasks along with ad-hoc assignments
  • Obtains training as required or necessitates
  • Assist with training new NOC agents
  • Leadership Skills
  • Flexible to work various shifts as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
