Duties and Responsibilities | - Cleans guest rooms/apartments, bathrooms and kitchens in a timely manner. - Cleans hallways and elevator lobbies. - Vacuums and dusts. - Maintains laundry storage area in building. - Works with weekly laundry service pickups and deliveries - Changes linens - Maintains electronic lock system - Prepares rooms/apartments for arriving guests. - Completes and submits worksheets as needed. - Updates lodging software - Performs related duties as assigned. |
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluency in English required. |
Qualifications | - Ability to work well independently. - Communicates effectively and efficiently. - Must be self-motivated with the ability to perform all assigned tasks. - Ability to work flexible hours; evening and/or weekend work may be required. - Attention to detail. - Commitment to provide high quality customer service. - Hospitality and service to our clients is the main goal at the Loyola University Chicago Conference Services. - Demonstrated history of attendance and punctuality. |
