Your role in helping us shape the future:

You will leverage your enthusiasm, engagement and experience as a Sales professional to identify, develop and manage new and existing accounts, ranging in size. You will take responsibility for your success and continuously drive to utilize Intelsat solutions with your customer. You will act as the voice of the customer inside internally to provide up to date information on current and changing in the North America market. You have taken on challenging quotas in the past and you are ready to take your skills to a new level.

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Leverage your great sales and account management skills to actively manage, develop, and guide customers, to achieve the desired revenue and product plans, acting with a sense of urgency.
  • Continually assess and develop your sales skills and service knowledge.
  • Apply your strong understanding of the market and region to continuously analyze Intelsat's position in the Network sector.
  • Provide direct feedback to internal stakeholders (such as Product teams) to help with the formulation of product and long-term needs. Support the development of unique selling propositions and deliver differentiated services.
  • Apply strategic thinking to tailor and execute revenue retention and growth strategies for your assigned customer base and new logos.
  • Using your flair for new business and solid experience. identify new opportunities and customers.
  • Keep existing and potential customers up to date with the latest Intelsat sales proposals and marketing materials to exceed assigned quota.
  • Provide Weekly Sales Reports and Weekly Schedules to leadership.
  • Become intimately familiar with the Intelsat products and sales services applicable to your customers.
  • Daily leverage Salesforce to maintain an active and accurate pipeline.

You should definitely have:

  • A university degree or equivalent gained through experience.
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in the telecommunication solutions and services with a specific emphasis on the Networks vertical sector.
  • Solid business knowledge and understanding of Mobile Networks Operators.
  • Exposure to cross functional virtual teaming.
  • Strong understanding and success selling into large telco operators, including a solid existing network of contacts within the industry.
  • Proficiency in project management, organization and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to deliver impactful, targeted presentations.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40%, minimal international travel
