What You'll Do
  • Complete industrial construction projects including: concrete work, post-tensioning, waterproofing, structural rehab, slab on grade, etc.
  • Attend training regarding applicable equipment
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
  • Use hand and power tools such as an angle grinder, concrete saw, chipping hammer, etc.
  • Operate industrial construction equipment and tools in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Mentor and train team members on proper equipment use
  • Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
What You'll Need
  • Must be able to travel for work and stay on travel job sites for up to 2 weeks
  • Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial construction field
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when needed
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work overtime, either planned or unplanned for emergency situations
  • Valid driver's license with current motor vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction and or manufacturing environment
  • Able to multitask and collaborate effectively within a functional, technical, multidiscipline and team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines
Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
