• Location: Southcoast Rehabilitation Services - Dartmouth, MA

We are searching for a Patient Access Representative - Rehab to perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED is required
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience
• Duties require knowledge of medical terminology. Proficient keyboarding skills are essential
• Computer experience a must
• Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day
• Exceptional customer service skills are required. Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
