Job Summary:
As a Supervisor - Valet, You will supervise and direct activities of valet engaged in parking guest vehicles and controlling traffic according to established policies and guest service standards

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.
* Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
* Monitor daily progress/improvement, areas of training, etc. Via reports
* Be able to help with the hiring, training, and counseling of valet department.
* Ensures departmental files are kept up to date.
* Ensures departments are instilling prompt, professional and courteous service to all guests.
* Handles any guest complaints or problems, regarding specific departments, in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Prepares periodic team member performance reviews and makes staffing recommendations to management.
* Schedules all team members to ensure that there is sufficient to provide the most efficient guest service possible.
* Exercise initiative and judgment, ensuring the smooth operational flow of department matters.
* Ensures valet department areas are maintained and well stocked.
* Observes parking lot areas for any unauthorized tampering.
* Ensure all DOT requirements are maintained, updated and communicated to Department and Operations Manager.
* Adheres to all guest service requirements listed above.
* Supervises special projects assigned to Valet department.
* Ensures safe and proper use of all Valet equipment.
* Coach and develop all Valet Attendants.
* Manage/Control all supplies and inventory in the department.
* Greet the guest with positive body manner, friendly demeanor in accordance with the 5-10 rules; open Casino doors for guests during slow periods.
* Must be able to sprint to/from vehicles.
* Must answer the valet phone within 3 rings and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
* Maintain proper storage of guest keys and tags.
* Keep the valet area and front entrance neat and free of trash.
* Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.
* Hand out valet tickets and perform damage inspections of all vehicles before/after parking.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured under our company policy.
* Previous experience in Valet management/customer service position is desired
* No moving violations within the last 6 months
* Must have excellent communication, and analytical
* Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:
* Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
* Must be able to run up 1-20 during a shift.
* Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel.

Work Environment:
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
