Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Legal Department Summer Associate to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial contracts with attorneys globally across multiple practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, data privacy & security, compliance, and employment. You will be exposed to multiple areas of in-house practice for a well-rounded experience, but this role will be concentrated in commercial contracts. As a Legal Department Summer Associate, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

  • Receive some assignments in privacy and employment.
  • You will be exposed to multiple areas of in-house practice for a well-rounded experience, but this role will be concentrated in commercial contracts/M&A.
  • Performs other duties as requested or required.

  • First year or second year law student in good standing, graduation class of 2025 or 2026
  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong writing and communication skills to articulate information in a clear and understandable manner

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Requirements:

Education: First year law student in good standing, graduation class of 2025 or 2026.
