  • Comfortable "managing up" and facilitating work with senior leaders to drive results
  • A passion for managing and developing people as well as processes
  • Strong speaking and writing skills-can communicate with impact and influence
  • Able to prioritize, adjust to changing priorities and mobilize teams to deliver in a deadline-driven environment

WHAT YOU WILL DO

LEADERSHIP

  • Effectively build and manage a team-operational and culturally-ensuring that direct reports are empowered, engaged, respected and encouraged to grow in their expertise, experience and ability to contribute in new and meaningful ways.
  • Manage Senior Marketing Specialists and Marketing Specialists in your respective region -balancing workloads, coaching and keeping an awareness of all team and office activity, and knowing when to intercede.

  • Plan and facilitate training that supports continuous learning and future development of Marketing team members.

PROPOSAL AND BRAND MARKETING

As needed, lead large, strategic and complex client pursuit and deliverable process from pre-positioning activities to proposal development through interview. Partner with Client Leaders and BMBD team members on deliverables and strategy, including interview coaching.
