About This Role

The Lead Digital Regulatory Strategist is responsible for near and longer-term strategies in providing consumers with clear, easy-to-understand and accurate information about our services across digital platforms to meet Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements. Manages implementation and ongoing strategic development and planning in meeting FCC requirements. Collaborates with groups such as legal, compliance, marketing, operations, technology sales teams and FCC in the planning, preparation, and operations design and build of capability to meet FCC requirements and similar consumer regulations.

  • Develop near and long-term strategy recommendations in providing consumers with clear, easy-to- understand and accurate information about our services across digital platforms to meet FCC requirements.
  • Strategize with LOBs to determine the best way to display and manage the information to remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Present and support implementation strategy to meet FCC requirements through data and reasoning, and drive actions based on the guidance.
  • Collaborates with groups such as legal, compliance, marketing, operations, technology, sales teams, and FCC and applies critical thinking to ensure strategies and projects deliver aligned customer experiences and comprehensive operational solutions that are implemented with excellence.
  • Serves as an expert advisor with deep knowledge of FCC requirements, digital customer experience, operational impacts, and cross-channel experience implications to ensure integrated alignment and seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist other functional areas in the planning and preparation for new services to meet FCC requirements.
  • Produce evaluations to keep leadership and executive management abreast of FCC requirements compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned .
  • Deliver optimized digital compliance capabilities to ensure high quality customer experience and internal ease-of-use.
  • Help analyze and discuss the potential risks/ benefits involved in using the specified solution to address the business requirement.
  • Lead activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation. Obtains appropriate level of approval for all project documentation assigned to ensure understanding of expectations among all stakeholders
  • Partner with project team leadership to ensure tactical alignment and project compliance to enterprise project management processes/standards, status reporting, and project quality governance
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' progressively responsible work experience, preferably serving in management capacity of adherence to federal or compliance requirements supporting legal and compliance areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal or compliance requirements with experience implementing related
    programs.
  • Strong project planning and management skills are required (including managing multiple projects simultaneously) paired with the ability break down complex problems into manageable goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels in the organization including cross-functionally, at the frontline, and with Senior Leadership
  • Analytical, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders such as legal, compliance, marketing, operations, technology, sales teams and 3rd parties to coordinate efforts in achieving business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience clearly defining, managing, and executing repeatable processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry.
  • Bilingual a plus but not required.

Salary rang $74,800-$112,934
