What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing the execution of multiple GenAI programs
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans
  • Driving effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Monitoring program progress and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to project teams
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO function
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align program objectives with the company's strategic goals and visionSt
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI to enhance program delivery.

The Impact You Will Have:
Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful delivery of our GenAI offerings and key initiatives across the company. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster business unit collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our GenAI platform.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline)
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

You will be part of a team that is passionate about driving innovation and advancing our GenAI platform. We are a close-knit, collaborative group that values open communication and continuous learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000.00 - $227,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
