Pay: $20.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Program Coordinator for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

This position provides management and day-to-day oversight of administrative & operational functions

for curricular and career services programs and initiatives for the Office of Undergraduate Programs and Advising (OUPA), including EPICS, in the School of Communication. Schedules, monitors and manages transactions related to student records, enrollment and curricular planning. Oversees marketing and communications efforts to effectively promote EPICS/OUPA programs. Manages design and development of program databases, spreadsheets, website materials, and communications vehicles. Provides administrative assistance for program events. Utilizes monthly reports to track and assess budgets, enrollment data and other relevant metrics. Provides analysis and reports to SoC leadership.

Qualifications Required:

* Ability to create forms and manage databases in smartsheet and excel.

* Skill using flexible survey tools such as Qualtrics and survey monkey

* Knowledge of higher ed financial management and payroll/timekeeping systems, such as peoplesoft, kronos, and workforce software

* Knowledge of admissions, enrollment management, advising and career services platforms such as SLATE, Caesar, ConnectNU and Handshake

* Knowledge of learning management systems such as Blackboard or CANVAS
