Responsibilities:

Overall:

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with leadership, Product Management team, and other external parties
• Operate independently as a leader and collaborate across teams with conviction
• Proactively identify issues and navigate across organizations to solve complex problems with limited supervision
• Demonstrates technical expertise in both testing and SDLC

Testing:

• Establish a testing CoE to:
  • Leverage BBH testing best practices
  • Standardized testing practices (tool usage/procedures) across all IDS products
  • Provide transparency around testing efforts across the Product Organization
• Develop and execute on testing strategy for IDS organization
• Manage delivery of test plans, strategies, and summaries for each project / release
• Produce testing reporting metrics for each project / release
• Ensure alignment between Systems and Business teams in Testing (Dev, QM, BAs, Hexaware, etc.) by managing the end-to-end test process, with accountability for efficiency improvements and to avoid duplication of testing efforts
• Coordinate with Product Managers to understand testing needs, and then communicate business priorities and upcoming projects to testing resources
• Manage the external Hexaware relationship: act as the "Business Owner" of engagements / SOWs; perform oversight and drive KPI's; coordinate with Hexaware testing resources to drive priorities; ensure proper access for external resources; and manage resource contention
• Own the automation roadmap - coordinate with Systems to ensure alignment, get input from various business product managers and owners, and present to leadership for transparency and when decisions are needed
• Coordinate with Systems on testing regions maintenance periods, drive communications to business teams on planned outages, and ensure there is quick action and resolution for unplanned outages
• Understand the funding process for testing resources across hard and soft dollars, actively participate in the budgeting cycle, and manage actual test spending across projects

SDLC Process:

• Integrate tools (Jira, Confluence, Qtest) and enhance processes across Business and Systems to drive transparency in prioritization decisions, better management of resources, and linkage between costs (hours and dollars) and deliverables
• Deliver repeatable, automated management reporting on a monthly basis
• Implement Jira Dashboards and enhanced tools for ongoing Product Management process
• Teach others in IDS about SDLC best practices and proper tools
• Promote Agile methodology across our teams
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices for all Product Management projects
