What You Will Do:

  • Working with PAT General Managers and Supply Chain Leaders to develop a logistics strategy for the business.
  • Building and managing relationships and spending with Logistics vendors and stakeholders
  • Owning and driving compliance for international and domestic shipments - including working closely with compliance teams and other stakeholders to develop processes.
  • Support Eastern Hemisphere growth of PAT businesses.
  • Working with Central procurement teams to develop company-wide strategies and drive and implement initiatives.
  • Working with executive leadership to develop the metrics that define success for the businesses.
  • Working with Operational and frontline leaders to develop and maintain the right dashboards for the business.
  • Analyze internal and external data and guide operational teams on opportunities and risks in the market as well as opportunities and risks internally.
  • Support projects to improve CHX's delivery of products and services.

Minimum Qualifications: (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business administration or engineering (or related/relevant field)
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics leadership and strategy.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
  • Experience working with Oracle preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with document control and ISO management systems.
