Job Description
Summary

Responsible for assembling equipment/dry goods and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties
 
  • Sort, wrap and pack airline dry goods/liquor & equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications.
  • Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements.
  • Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP).
  • Notifies the manager of maintenance issues and repair problems in the equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Position requires working different shifts.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes in specifications and diagrams.
  • Must have the ability to push up to 50 lbs. with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, USDA, and FDA compliance.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.  Days and hours of work may vary depending on the needs of the business.  Must be willing to work any shift or days off as leadership assigns.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
