The Opportunity:Support LG's growing DirectView LED business by joining our expanding Solution Implementation team. As a Project Engineer, you will support LG certified System Integrators in all phases of the installation process. You will plan, direct, and monitor project implementations from project Kick-off meetings through product delivery and equipment installation. Your attention to detail will ensure that project implementation adheres to rigid LG and industry best practices as to mitigate product damage, ensure on-time project completion and SI sign-off. 75% overnight travel within the USA with periodic weekend travel is required. Occasional overseas travel.This is a home office-based role. We are looking to add team members Nationally.

What You'll Do:Ability to liaise both within LG Business Solutions (e.g. Sales, Service, Project Managers, and Sales Engineers), System Integration partners and the client organization is critical in ensuring satisfaction among all stakeholders.* Review project drawings and coordinate installation schedule with integrators* Work with Operation and Project Management to track product delivery timelines* Manage project timelines and maximize efficiencies* Primary on-site LG technical point of contact for sales teams, vendors, etc.* Supervise on-site LG representatives* Advocate customer needs and new ideas to the HQ Product Management team.* Provide technical feedback on enhancements and changes to existing and development products.* Work with Technical Engineering teams for appropriate resolution of outstanding issues* Evaluate site preparedness for DVLED and signage installations* Conduct training for integrator, technical, installation, and internal LG teams* Take inventory and verify Packing lists and bill of materials* Maintain accurate project documentation and provide daily reports to project manager* Support marketing activities Setup trade shows, demos and events.* Support and maintain LG Brand Innovation Center showrooms

Desired Qualifications:* Associates Degree EET (Bachelors Preferred) or,* Minimum 5+yr Direct View LED Installation Experience* Certified Technology Specialist-CTS (Preferred)* Working knowledge of DVLED technology mountings systems and proper handling of DVLED modules* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet and the following design software platforms (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Vizio).* Understanding of A/V, electrical and mechanical drawings* Strong understanding of IT/Networking/AV * Exemplary Interpersonal, time management and decision making* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to document and escalate technical and project documentation* Lift and move heavy items* Ability to work in fast paced and stressful environments in team and individual settings* Ability to effectively resolve conflicts, diffuse and escalate difficult situations* Ability to travel in 75% throughout the US with scheduling flexibility* Valid US driver's license

Pay Range $80,000-95,000
