What you'll do:
This position is for a DCDC Power Development Engineer assigned to server development projects within Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), based in Morrisville, North Carolina. This is an exciting role in a growing server development organization that is focused on being the #1 trusted IT Partner in the datacenter infrastructure market.
Opportunities on the team include developing innovative and complex server designs to meet customer and business needs. As a Power Engineer on this team, you will be responsible for power subsystems from concept to production. This includes component selection, schematic design, simulation, support of PCB layout floor-planning/routing and qualification. These organic designs provide exposure to the latest technologies from Lenovo and its development partners to meet market demands now and in the future. This candidate will become an active member of the development team that is highly motivated to engage, understand and solve the technical challenges of today and shape the server designs of tomorrow.
