THE ROLE

The Associate, Leadership Advisory works closely with seasoned practitioners to bring impactful solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Successful incumbents act proactively to support their colleagues and clients and continually seek opportunities to develop themselves and others.

Work will be conducted in a remote or hybrid environment.

This position offers a base salary of $80,000 to$100,000, plus a target bonus of20% of base salary.Salary within our ranges is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to Client Impact:

  • Demonstrates a basic understanding across most WittKieffer services, to help support solutions that deliver maximum client impact.

  • Participates in teams across WittKieffer to understand clients' needs, taking the lead on visual representation of findings (e.g., graphics, data representation).

Deliver Client Solutions:

  • Delivers high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Organizes their own work activities to fit with project plan.

  • Works effectively with team members to exchange information fully and efficiently.

Support Client Management &Business Development:

  • Escalates client requests appropriately to help manage expectations and further the relationship.

  • Supports business development efforts of senior colleagues by participating in client calls and meetings, and producing initial drafts for parts of proposals.

Manage Projects &Financials:

  • Provides input to project plans and delivers against them.

  • Ensures relevant processes (e.g., time allocation, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Possesses strong analytical skills.

  • Has strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, demonstrating ability to graphically represent complex concepts in an appealing way.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening); particularly important are good writing skills.

  • Hogan certification preferred.
