Your Impact:

  • Lead new business prospecting services for North American region for Publicis Sapient.
  • Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers to drive prospecting operations for North America.
  • Develop prospecting strategies for different industry units and execute those strategies.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with industry sales teams to coordinate strategy and execution.
  • Conduct initial customer meetings to identify potential qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize and expand a network of deal influencers (advisory firms, rainmakers, etc.) to source new deals.
  • Leverage current network to identify new opportunities for Publicis Sapient.
  • Foster a strong working relationship with the marketing campaigns team and optimize the conversion of their qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Regularly report on top-of-the-funnel pipeline to management.

Key Metrics of Success:

  • Value of qualified opportunities sourced through outbound prospecting.
  • Value of qualified opportunities sourced through the conversion of marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years experience within Tech B2B sales (product or service)
    • 5+ years of which should be within a Top Tier Digital/Technology/IT Services company
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition
  • Managerial experience is ideal, but not required
  • Understanding of digital business transformation and its implication, including but not limited to: business strategy, organizational design, change management, ways of working, systems, data and insights
  • Proven successful track record in successfully engaging with C-suite, business heads and selling large scale, complex DBT projects
  • Strong existing network of senior business relationships that can be leveraged for business development
  • Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach to engaging with executives
Additional Information

Pay Range: $155,000 - $303,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
