Overview

The Service Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the financial invoicing functions of the service department. This will include the daily administration of monitoring invoices, issuing credits, and monitoring parts consignment. This position will also support our Salesforce users with basic support and maintenance. Will work with the Salesforce development team to make sure that issues are reported and resolved. They will also drive new feature requests with the development team and follow the process through to final release, including testing.

Responsibilities

    Monitor daily transfers of data between Salesforce and SAP to ensure electronic schedules and processes are working correctly.
  • Monitor and issue billing credits through Salesforce and SAP.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Provide application users with technical support
  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution
  • Generate month-end reports on machine performance, preventive maintenance and installed item extract
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills/Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Requires a valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant)

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of Tableau (to include linking to data and building reports)
  • Field service organization experience
