Key responsibilities of the Retirement Management Consultant may include:

• Implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
• Ability to work on a dynamic consulting projects with client engagement.
• Support the client team to develop and deliver high performance solutions to advance our client's industry position.
• Ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and delivery high impact technology initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of Financial Services experience with specialization in Retirement.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in defined contribution recordkeeping, the industry overall and the competitive North America landscape and how recordkeepers are generally positioning themselves in the market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong client relationship skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Important Information

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
