What You'll Do:
The Global Process Owner (GPO) reports to the VP Finance Transformation and is responsible for partnering in the development of the process vision, strategy, and objectives for an end-to-end process strategy They will also continue to enhance the process in support of delivering global business objectives across business and corporate functions.
The GPO provides strategic and operational direction to drive process efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness across an end-to-end process and across functions, geographic and business unit boundaries to deliver sustained value to James Hardie. In this role, theGPO - Order to Cash(O2C)will be the steward over the global capability to advance process efficiencies across the end-to-end value chain (i.e. order management, order fulfillment, invoicing, payment processing, reporting, analysis and associated master data). Provide process leadership to move us to a "capability-driven" model using an ongoing roadmap that prioritizes/promotes transformation, innovation, attracting top talent, best practices, efficient solutions, and thought-leadership.
