Health Solutions Consultant III - Health Transformation

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Vice President clinical position within our National Health Transformation Team. The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon's Human Capital US practice. We are looking for a strategic, broad-based clinical consultant with a desire and ability to create and deliver overall population health solutions for employers!

This is a virtual/hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our US offices.

What the day will look like

The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve for their clinical and wellbeing needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon's business units to improve health, safety and productivity.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ability to consult, anticipate, lead, think critically, oversee and enhance employer clinical and wellbeing program design and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration strategies in the clinical and wellbeing space and leverage appropriate resources across Human and Risk Capital, markets, regions, and business groups
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and translate theories, clinical standards of care, and market expertise into actionable offers, tools, and approaches that can be deployed by our clients that address population health across wellbeing, clinical, and benefit strategies that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom line
  • Communicate strategy, vision, and point-of-view through the marketing of new products, tools, and offers through articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree; masters and/or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of health industry and/or consulting experience
  • Deep health care knowledge, including strong knowledge of the health market and industry, plans, vendors, special interest groups, professional organizations

Salary range range for the position

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $107,300 - $143,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
