Summary of Position Requirements:

Answer all customer care telephone calls and inquiries. Process and administer all customer care and quality assurance related paperwork and information. Maintain customer care records and support department activities.



Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the Customer Care Closings report which includes:
    • Logging and filing Table Top Surveys
    • Logging and filing H2 Scores
    • Logging and filing QI Reports
    • Logging and filing PSO Lists
    • Ensuring compliance of 100% Quality inspections
    • Reconciling Table top survey feedback with H2 and PSO list and analyzing variances
  • Within SalesForce, creating, maintaining and reporting warranty trends by community and by trade partner on a monthly basis.
  • Updating H2 scores and reports and distributing to division on a weekly basis.
  • Assist Customer Care Rep's closing open case's and over 30 days (awaiting DocuSign) and monitor SalesForce dashboard.
  • Assign case's to Customer Care Rep for "out of warranty" communities.
  • Assist Customer Care Reps with paying EPO's when needed.
  • Assist any CM who is handling their own customer service with inputting tasks or managing work orders in sales force, including Docu-signs.
  • Monitor cases as they are distributed by the ROC.
  • Update, create and maintain Customer Closing package. (Warranties, Welcome letter etc)
  • Send seasonal reminders to Homeowners on as needed basis.



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • 1-year customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Contacts:

Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners. Regular contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.

Physical Requirements:

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.
