Job Description

Seasonal Employee, Research

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Evanston, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Part Time, Per Diem
  • Hours: Monday-Friday

What you will do:

  • Assist in the conduct of research in the laboratory of Dr. John McDaid
  • Examining mechanisms of neurodegeneration, alcohol addiction and developing new treatments for brain tumors

What you will need:

  • Education: Undergraduate
  • Experience: Entry level
  • Equipment: Graduated cylinders, glassware, possible use of electrophoresis and/or electrophysiology recording equipment
  • Physical Demands: Standing. Light lifting. Work will be conducted in labs at the Research Institute
