Network Engineering Group Lead at a glance.

The Lead, Network Engineering ensures Network solutions are stable, reliable, and secure. This role is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of Network engineering projects solutioning.

  • Demonstrated understanding of and influencing of business and IT strategy

  • Extensive direct experience managing people across large, complex teams - leading across geographically and culturally diverse locations

  • Able to work in diversified and global teams, and to guide and motivate large project teams

  • Executive maturity and strong business acumen/business savvy

  • Superior relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)

  • Demonstrated ability to directly manage and grow employees

  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
