What We DoWork in a hands-on capacity to identify preserve, collect, and analyze electronically-stored information, in response to e-discovery and investigation requests for Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

This role is hybrid preferred (2 days per week onsite in Santa Ana, CA) and can be open to remote for out of area candidates.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect and preserve data, as necessary, in compliance with Company processes and procedures.
  • Conduct searches of electronically-stored data, as needed, in response to requests from the Legal Department and Information Security Insider Risk Department.
  • Prepare results for review by internal and/or outside legal counsel.
  • Periodic review of e-discovery team operational policies and procedures in order to maintain litigation readiness.
  • Train and support Legal Department in the U.S. and India in the use of legal hold and document review tools.

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of E-Discovery practices
  • Experience working with e-discovery and/or data forensics tools, such as Microsoft Compliance Center, Exterro, EnCase and/or ZyLAB ONE
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including Desktop, Server and Networking systems.
  • Good understanding of messaging technologies, including corporate mail systems and email archives.
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and processes.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and management, including tailoring of technical communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality, ability to analyze information and communicate processes, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task and prioritize time critical work assignments in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2-3 year of litigation or electronic discovery experience

Pay Range: $62,570 - $86,900

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
