We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Technician, Lockbox Management to join our Lockbox Data Validation team. This role is located at 500 Ross St, Pittsburgh PA, 15262. Twilight Shift 1:00pm EST - 9:30pm EST, Weekends Required, off days Fri/Sat. 10% shift differential

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Daily completion of data entry functions
  • Produce expedited, streamlined payment processing for our customers
  • Handle specialized and sensitive customer accounts
  • Assist with workflow execution, quality control checks, training partner activity and other senior operator duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a high production, fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and learn multiple functions
  • Leadership skills preferred
