Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Corporate FP&A team. This high visibility role will work with business segments and key stakeholders to help optimize and execute financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of Regal Rexnord's continued growth. Successful candidates will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans and long range plans; collaborate with segment and finance teams to optimize and streamline processes across total Regal Rexnord.
  • Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis. Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements.
  • Leverage analytical skills and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data; effectively translate data into insights for business decision making.
  • Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and M&A activity.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.
  • Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 7+ years finance experience preferred; global manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical
  • Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities.

Travel: Regal Rexnord is a Global Business. Some travel to other Regal Rexnord locations is expected. Estimate 5 - 10%.
