QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Business), or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience with related experience working in matrix environments as well as with external vendors
• Strong analytical, verbal and written, and presentation skills.
• Background working effectively with a variety of groups across the organization including technology, operations, marketing, third-party vendors, and senior management.
• Must be able to function in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple requests

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, assist with the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage the third- party partners and vendors involved in delivery and management of payment processing.
• Interface with finance, operations and technology to manage credit and debit processing.
• Support new client implementations, with responsibility for payment processing components, and accountable to overall Project Manager for the delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of all daily processing of all credit card payments between Lottery system and the payment processors.
• Oversee weekly funds settlement with Lottery partners.
• Research, analyze and resolve processing issues and questions regarding credit and debit processing across INTRALOT, Vantiv and Ingenico systems.
