Summary: The Program Coordinator provides daily operational coordination for the patient-level data collection processes which support the Trauma Quality Programs (TQP), including customer support for participating hospitals, technical supervision and problem diagnosis, and other front-line support. Develops educational content and FAQs to help customers understand the process. In addition, the Coordinator supports the distribution of standardized datasets, from application through fulfillment, as well as other associated duties in support of the Data and Report Operations team.

This exempt position will report to the Senior Program Manager, Data Operations, in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.

  • At least 2+ years of related customer service, data collection, and project coordination experience preferred. Experience working with a healthcare registry is a plus.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate Excel skills preferred.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
