Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Account Manager, SMB Brandsto join our team at our Chicago headquarters.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an Account Manager, SMB Brandsto support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, the Account Manager, SMB Brands is responsible for executing strategic customer upsell campaigns, renewals, and retention activities within our growing small to medium enterprise (SME) customer segment. We are looking for self-motivated customer success professionals with a passion for solving problems and working in collaborative team environments.
As an Account Manager, SMB Brandsat 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
  • Conduct 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Utilize value-based selling skills to uncover client's existing service issues and needs, explain our value proposition, and provide alternative solutions to meet the client's needs
  • Drive market share gains and meet company expectations for growth
  • Manage high levels of customer retention in assigned territory
  • Ensure appropriate identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis are performed at all levels, following sales process best practices
  • Qualify opportunities from campaign and program lists and drive them through the sales cycle
  • Close opportunities utilizing inbound and outbound calls to meet/exceed quota for the 1WS portfolio of products
  • Respond to requests from customers for information and delivery of online presentations
  • Effectively use the CRM tool to enter all customer-related information into the system
  • Remain current on competition, competitive issues and products
  • Appropriate log all activity and provide management with timely reports on territory activity and performance
  • Complete and adhere to all company security training and best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably customer success, inside sales, telemarketing and/or prospecting with account management responsibility
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Some college preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to easily understand technology and communicate it to prospects

Compensation
  • $50,000 - $55,000 base salary. Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range. 1WorldSync provides full pay ranges so candidates can consider their growth potential.
  • This is a commission eligible role.

Additional Details
  • This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
  • This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
  • This position requires up to 5% travel.
