Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions. Ensure the integrity, security, scalability, and daily availability and of the databases supporting the Illinois and Texas Blue Chip and IRIS CICS applications through proactive monitoring and management activities.

Required Job Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

*Technical experience in Development including Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

*Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#

*Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).

*SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development

*Requirements definition & management

Preferred Skills

*Create detailed technical requirements about how the system is built, including which language it will be programmed in, what standards are to be followed,

*Provides technical testing guidelines and support IT technical and functional testing efforts with testers and business counterparts

*Performs technical design reviews and code reviews for peers

*Coordinates on-call support and ensures effective monitoring of system

*Maintains technical development environment

Prior implementation experience in Oracle Revenue *Management & Billing (ORMB) product for US Healthcare domain and having supported the product, 4 years preferred

*Create detailed technical requirements about how the system is built, including which language it will be programmed in, what standards are to be followed,

*Provides technical testing guidelines and support IT technical and functional testing efforts with testers and business counterparts

*Performs technical design reviews and code reviews for peers

*Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation

*Coordinates on-call support and ensures effective monitoring of system

*Maintains technical development environment

*Provide root cause Analysis on the recurring tickets and provide design solutions to prevent them from occurring

*Should be flexible to support additional tasks of Release Management, Defect prevention activities, Code reviews etc.

*Ability to work in an on - shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents

*Good understanding of Oracle Utility Application Framework and Configuration Tools

*Experience in ORMBA (Analytics) reporting tool and strong OBIEE and ODI development preferred

*Knowledge on ORMB and Golden Gate Replication tools preferred
