Our company is seeking a System Analyst who will be responsible for leading the systems implementation and configuration of administrative applications. The Systems Analyst role acts as a critical bridge to develop effective technology solutions to address business challenges to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business users throughout the company.


The Systems Analyst plans and coordinates the implementation of SG360 software and solutions for new customers as well we internal teams by preparing a plan and implementation tasks in accordance with leading-class procedures and providing training and end-user support during the implementation process.

Systems Analyst' responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and Evaluate Existing Systems: Identify system requirements by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. This involves assessing the current technological setup and finding ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design Solutions: Develop system design proposals by researching and evaluating software and hardware options to improve workflow. They must ensure the proposed technology solutions align with the company's business needs and strategic goals.
  • Implement and Configure Systems: Oversee the installation of new systems, including software and hardware. Configure these systems to specific requirements and ensure they operate correctly in the intended environment.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve system problems by providing detailed analysis and troubleshooting. This includes regular system checks and the application of updates or patches as needed.
  • User Support and Training: Provide support to system users by writing and maintaining user documentation. Train users on how to use the technology effectively and address any issues they encounter.
  • Maintain Quality Service: Ensure the system's integrity and security by following standards and guidelines. Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Project Management: Often, Systems Analysts are involved in project management, including planning, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • 4+ years of experience in similar role
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating systems and designing effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in programming languages, software development, database management, network systems, and IT security protocols is necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for c with stakeholders and explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: The ability to work effectively within a team and manage projects, including planning and stakeholder communication, is important.
  • Continuous Learning: A mindset geared towards continuous learning is vital to keep up with rapidly evolving technology trends and advancements.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and demanding user and production environment.
  • Must be customer focused and be able to work well with others.
  • Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements and protect trade secrets.
