Position Highlights:

• Location: Elmhurst Hospital 155 E. Brush Hill Road Elmhurst, IL.
• Department; Laboratory
• FTE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)
• Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm; Includes rotating Saturdays 6:30am-2:00pm

What you will do:

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, answers telephone calls and provides factual information and files laboratory test results. Processes and distributes various reports and completes forms for drop-off tests and miscellaneous charges. Receives oral and written orders for blood draws, informs appropriate personnel and assists in coordinating assignments for phlebotomists. Performs patient registration activities and handles supply requests.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher level of degree
• One to three months of lab and/or clerical experience
