As a part of a cross functional team, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting the US Motion Service Channel team in developing processes that align with our channel strategy, tool enhancements, onboarding programs, building and delivering sales training, reporting, and helping to ensure that our channel sales teams have the resources needed to meet and exceed business goals. You should have a deep understanding for channels, markets, and products, know how to leverage processes and systems, and have strong analytical skills. This role can be located in Chicago, Houston or Milwaukee.

This position reports to

Sr Sales Enablement Manager - Motion Service

Your responsibilities

  • Develop training programs for channel sales personnel
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Outline & Optimize KPI driven standard processes & procedures
  • Build, document and improve processes utilizing systems and tools to include: PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce, Excel, and other Sales Enablement software and technology.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and create a uniform strategy framework for supporting our channel, feedback, planning, and opportunity pipeline tracking
  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and deploy onboarding training
  • Identify key areas for improvement to increase the effectiveness of our channel strategy
Your background

  • Bachelor degree and 8 years of relevant experience required
  • Travel up to 30% required
  • Experience working within sales organizations and with channel distribution highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work across an organization and passion and preference to empower with indirect leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft platform products and must have experience with Salesforce.com
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
