Position Purpose:

Under supervision, the I Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling Stericycle's suite of products (Mail back, disposable sharps container biohazardous bags, personal equipment etc.) within their assigned territory. . Obtains incremental revenue through sales calls, lead campaigns and prospecting. he Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for prospecting net new customers via lead load through Salesforce that will align with the Corporate vision.

Key Job Activities:

  • Receives inbound calls and makes outbound sales calls to perspective and existing customers to sell Stericycle’s Mail back solutions
  • Works with National Account Managers to secure product sales within the National Hospital space within their assigned territory.
  • Maintains and develop existing customers through appropriate and ethical methods to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Proactively conducts outbound customer outreach by an assigned lead load process using Salesforce and maintaining a high level of weekly interactions. 
  • Proactively contacts prospect customers within their territory to gain new customer acquisitions. 
  • Maintains a high level of customer contact by conducting ongoing business reviews and continuing to build a sales relationship into a long-term partnership.
  • Handles and resolves all issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Completes standard reports along with any ad hoc reporting requests. 
  • Participates in all sales and other training provided by Stericycle.
  • Participates in special projects and promotional campaigns under the direction of leadership and marketing.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education:


Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience (North America & LATAM):

•    Education consists of a bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience.
•    2+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing related work experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts.
•    Must have experience with customer relations, support and exhibit leadership abilities.
•    Ability to learn company billing/customer database software, features of all company products and services, at varying levels of account options.  
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
•    Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is preferred.
•    Knowledge of OSHA Regulations or Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.
