Position Overview:

As a Lennar Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our mission to attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic senior recruiter who can bring a consultative approach to talent acquisition while leveraging tools and resources to identify and engage exceptional candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver memorable experiences for both internal and external customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects Lennar's commitment to excellence.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consultative Talent Acquisition: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices. Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
  2. AI-Enhanced Candidate Engagement: Harness the power of AI technology and cutting-edge tools to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates. Leverage AI to streamline and optimize administrative tasks, including screening and scheduling.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various tools, resources, and innovative techniques to proactively source and attract top-tier candidates. This includes leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
  4. Candidate-Centric Approach: Champion a candidate-centric mindset by delivering extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey. Prioritize transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.
  5. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition creation, through offer acceptance and onboarding. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all parties involved.
  6. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations. Ensure that candidates align with Lennar's culture, values, and job requirements.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights. Use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to hiring teams.
  8. Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing Lennar's employer brand by promoting our unique culture and career opportunities. Participate in employer branding initiatives and events.
  9. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process continually.
  10. Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and policies.



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.
