Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Service Department Foreman for commercial roofing. All candidates must have previous roofing experience with preferred strengths in repair and maintenance. We can provide service and repair focused training for individuals with an established roofing background. Excellent pay, dependent upon experience, and great benefits package. This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Able to use provided Tablet and associated APPs.
- Be familiar with installation, repair and maintenance of all major roof systems to include:
- BUR
- Modified Bitumen
- Single-Ply Systems
- TPO
- EPDM
- PVC
- Steep slope (tile/shingles/metal)
- High-performance roof coating systems
- Ability to perform assigned daily tasks with minimal/no direct supervision and possess/display a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a high professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
- Must be able to pass personal background check.
- Pass/fail parameters of background investigations are determined by each client's requirements.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to work for and with others.
- Perform all work in strict accordance with provided scope, directions, specifications and OSHA and established Company safety guidelines.
