The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Government Investigations & White Collar Defense team in our Los Angeles office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development as well as client-facing and government-facing activities. About You:
  • You have 3-5 years of civil, government investigations and/or white collar criminal defense experience;
  • You ideally have been exposed to a combination of complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters, including SEC enforcement matters, internal investigations, False Claims Act matters and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense;
  • You have strong research and brief writing skills; and
  • You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials and are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, California.
