Job Description
  • Position: Insurance Representative II
  • Location: 4901 Searle Parkway Skokie, Il
  • Full Time/Part Time:Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

What you will need:

  • Education: Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. 2 years post high school education or degree preferred.
  • Certification: N/A
  • Experience: Knowledge of working hospital denials, CPT coding practices preferred, EPIC knowledge would be preferred and minimum two years of experience in healthcare financial setting required
  • Skills: Analytical ability to understand, interpret contract terms for our contracted plans and critical thinking skills for root causes of denials

What you will do:

  • Resolve denied claims
  • Submit reconsideration/appeals to payors
  • Working project (trended issues) as assigned
