Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a senior-level ePMO Program Director to manage a portfolio of strategic projects and programs to transform our digital platform, infrastructure and overall security profile. Link's technology teams enable the work of multiple business teams and are fundamental to our ability enhance and scale our Real Estate and Asset Management business.

The ePMO Program Director will define and drive technology development and delivery programs, in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple business lines. The Program Director will also manage a team of project managers that lead cross functional teams on development, adoption and continuous transformation of our technology platforms.

As a key member of the Link Digital ePMO team, the ePMO Program Director will partner with our Enterprise Architecture, Data and Analytics, and Business Platform teams to create and operate an industry-leading Real Estate digital platform. Additionally, they will design and maintain how Link tracks its investment in technology with regular readouts to business leaders and our executive management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Management

  • Have delivery and financial oversight over a portfolio of projects and programs

  • Be responsible for a team of project managers delivering projects and programs within the portfolio

  • Hire and develop staff in the portfolio

  • Ensure staff are adhering to ePMO processes and tooling standards

  • Build effective teams that place high value on collaboration, customer focus, and a sense of ownership over all work products

  • Contribute to enhancing ePMO processes and tooling

Program/Project Management

  • Define the development and delivery strategy of multiple programs and projects through the following phases: Concept, Requirements Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment

  • Define operational and steady state hand-over to platform and product teams

  • Maintain expert knowledge of CRE and PropTech products, services, and industry trends

  • Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of Link's business

  • Manage work across an ecosystem of applications to solve Link's business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platform

  • Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage efficient task structures that equitably handle competing priorities across multiple teams

  • Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that build confidence in the programs and projects, and ensure delivered programs meet the needs and goals of the business

  • Define program and project level plans in Link's PPM product (Workfront) that house tasks, risks, issues, and financials.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisor as it relates to delivery

  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of distributed Link business units

  • Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that drives programs and projects forward

  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teams across architecture, engineering, and product groups

  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors and enable them to deliver world-class service for Link

  • Expert level communication skills to translate technical terms into clear capabilities that will enable business success

Project Delivery

  • Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project charters

  • Adhere to Link ePMO project controls, frameworks, and phase gate deliverables throughout project life cycle

  • Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects & cross functional teams

  • Create and maintain dependency plans requiring delivery from teams outside of assigned projects

  • Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control, and hand-over to steady state product teams

  • Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, business leaders and IT management

  • Expertise managing projects in industry standard PPM tools such as WorkFront, Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft Planner or Smartsheet

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise in digital program management with business-critical technology initiatives across a variety of systems and application types

  • Experience leading delivery strategy, discovery, and project initiation processes

  • Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, etc. to refine and clarify project requirements and design documents

  • Experience leading scrum teams and program level scrum of scrum teams

  • Leadership and team management skills in a highly cross-functional environment

  • Project management or software development expertise including multiple delivery methodologies, e.g. agile, waterfall

  • Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills

  • Project Financial tracking including capitalization, invoice fulfillment and tracking, estimation, and reporting on actuals

  • Knowledge of real estate industry and CRE technology

  • Knowledge of Workfront, Clarity, Jira and other industry standard project management toolsets

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience managing projects/programs related to sustainability/ESG technology

  • Experience managing projects/programs with the Microsoft 365 suite of products: Teams, Azure, Co-Pilot, etc.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years managing complex technology programs and projects

  • Experience managing full time employees
