Position Type: Seasonal, Part-Time Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri (flexible; 15-20 hours/week)

SUMMARY
The Seasonal General Labor Associate is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our facilities while also assisting the retail buyer's intake by loading, unloading and transporting material.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, painting, or general labor preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Must be able operate lawn mower equipment

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
